Preview & Permissions

How does Arivano start a preview?

Choose a selfie, open the preview flow with a reference image, and confirm the consent prompt. If you choose Not Now, the preview request does not run.

Why am I seeing a photo or camera prompt?

The app requests photo access when you pick a selfie, a profile photo, or style images. Camera access is requested only when you choose to capture a profile photo from the device camera.

Can I save the result image?

Yes. The preview result screen includes a Save action that stores the result in your photo gallery on the device.

Credits & Purchases

How are preview credits handled?

Eligible preview actions consume credits. Credit packs are offered through the platform in-app purchase flow used by the app.

How do I restore a purchase?

Retry the purchase flow on the same Apple account used for the original transaction. If the balance does not update, email support@arivano.app with your restore question.

Community & Legal Pages

Where do I find the legal pages inside the app?

The login screen opens the Terms and Privacy pages before sign-in, and the Settings screen opens the same pages after sign-in.

How do I report or hide another profile?

Use the report or hide action available from the related profile or post surface inside the app.

Account Controls

What does Sign Out do?

Sign Out closes the current local session and returns the app to the login route.

What does Delete Account do in this build?

The current build includes a Delete Account action in Settings to clear the local session and selected on-device ledgers used by the app. If you need help reviewing that action for a privacy request, email support.
