Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Arivano, including the preview flow, published styles, local account controls, and preview credit purchases.

1. Acceptable Use

Use Arivano only for lawful activity and only with images, captions, and other content that you have the right to share. Do not upload or submit content that violates another person's rights, platform rules, or applicable law.

2. Your Content and Community Actions

You remain responsible for the profile details, images, captions, and other material you choose to place into the app. Arivano includes local actions for liking, reporting, and hiding profiles. Those tools are part of the product surface and must not be used abusively.

3. Preview Requests and Results

Arivano provides a preview flow that uses the selected selfie and selected reference image to request a result from an external preview service after your consent. Preview output is generated content and may vary from your expectations. A failed or unexpected result does not guarantee that the same input will produce the same output later.

4. Credits and Purchases

Eligible preview actions consume credits. Credit packs are offered through the platform billing flow, and platform purchase terms also apply. Credits are digital feature balances for use inside the app and are not redeemable for cash.

5. Permissions and Device Features

Camera, photo, and other permission prompts are tied to the specific features that request them. If you decline a permission, the related feature may be unavailable or limited until you change the permission in device settings.

6. Availability

Arivano may change, limit, or remove features, credits, routes, or support surfaces as the app evolves. The app may also stop a flow when permissions are missing, the preview service is unavailable, or the platform purchase layer cannot complete a request.

7. Intellectual Property

Arivano and its product materials remain the property of their respective owners. You keep responsibility for the content you submit and for making sure you have the rights needed to use that content in the app.

8. Suspension or Termination

Arivano may limit or end access to parts of the app when use conflicts with these Terms, community safety needs, or platform requirements. You may also stop using the app at any time and use the in-app sign out or delete-account controls where available.

9. Disclaimer

Arivano is provided on an as-available basis. Preview generation, purchase restoration, network delivery, and other app behaviors depend on device state, connectivity, platform services, and external processing availability.
